“Energy Grows Here” was just adopted as the new logo for Katy by the Katy Area Economic Development Council.
Energy is what defines Katy, as many individuals who work in the Energy Corridor reside in Katy, and numerous entrepreneurial start-ups originating here have grown to national prominence.
The icon will be a red and yellow leaf and drop which portrays energy, strength and opportunity.
